A simple application is required for ALL residents. There is a non-refundable $65 application fee and a required deposit to hold your requested unit.

→ WHEN SUBMITTING YOUR RENTAL APPLICATION, YOU WILL ALSO BE REQUIRED TO SUBMIT YOUR DEPOSIT TO HOLD YOUR UNIT/BEDROOM. PLEASE CAREFULLY READ THE TERMS ON THE APPLICATION.
