As one of our residents, refer a friend, co-worker or classmate to us and when they sign a lease, you’ll both earn $200. They will receive a $200 discount off their first month’s rent. You can choose to receive yours as a rent credit or paid directly to you.
Only one referral per signed lease (2 Bedroom or larger, 12 month lease). Smaller units or Individual Bedroom Leases receive $100 each . Help a friend and help yourself! Thanks for your assistance.
