Individual Leases
We’ve made it easy for students and parents to accept responsibility for only their part of the lease (a single bedroom!). This reduces their liability and reduces stress when being concerned about finances. This is one of our most popular leases!
Price-Range & Floorplans
We have rentals that are great for a single student or pair of roommates, and also larger rentals that have 4, 5, and 6 bedroom floorplans! Whatever the case, we have the flexibility to accommodate a layout and price that works within your budget.
Appliances Included!
Going to the laundromat can take a lot of time. We’ve installed washers and dryers in our units, full-size refrigerators, dishwashers, and more! These are things that make living easy to manage while students are focused on their studies.
Its easy to get to campus!
We built our rentals to be convenient to students wanting to live near the University of Arizona. Most of our properties are right on a bus-line or near bike routes that make it easy for commuting to campus. Drive for 5-10 minutes and you’re there!
Alarm Systems
Our rentals come with pre-installed alarm systems that provide security for both student valuables and the property itself. The alarms are set on entering and exiting, and “chirp” to notify if doors are open at any time.
Bedroom Doorlocks
Each bedroom comes with its own key and rentals are re-keyed with each new lease. Students have loved that they can secure their room and this provides them with a level of privacy. Its like having a mini apartment inside of a beautiful home!
Well-lit Walkways
Our properties have adequate lighting both on sidewalks and throughout parking areas. This has made it a welcoming feature as well as one that provides a measure of safety throughout the properties. Students agree!
