Both my business-partner and I grew up together in Tucson and attended the University of Arizona. Our alumni-owned business has been in operation for over 20 years.
With extensive backgrounds in real estate, construction and property management, we’re able to provide students with more value than most competitors. We’re not some big out-of-state corporation renting housing…we built these homes with our own hands. All property acquisition, planning and development, construction, and weekly-maintenance have all been done in-house.
